Rob Meeh
President
Graduated from Webster University in 2011 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Management. First started in the HVAC industry in 2011, beginning his apprenticeship at Sheet Metal workers Local 36 at that time. Worked in the field until beginning estimating and project managing in 2012 and is still in the same role today. Handles plan/spec projects, design build projects, and KoolDuct applications and design.

Bill Meeh
Vice-President
Has been in the HVAC industry since 1982, first starting as a Local 36 sheet metal apprentice. From 1982-1985 worked as a sheet metal apprentice on both HVAC projects with R.F. Meeh and installing toilet partitions for MJ Products. Afterwards, Bill ran jobs as a foreman from 1986-1988. In 1988 became an estimator and project manager and is still in those roles today. R.F. Meeh is very involved in SMACNA-St. Louis and Bill currently sits as the chapter president. In addition to being the chapter president he is also the National SMACNA chairman for phenolic duct construction standards.

Bob Meeh
Principal
Bob has been in the HVAC industry more than 35 years. He first started as a local 36 sheet metal worker, going through the apprenticeship program, then moved into the office to begin estimating and project management. In Bob’s role as President he oversees all strategic direction of the company. Additionallyhe still manages the design build process and projects as well as KoolDuct/Thermaduct design and installation applications.

George Reinheimer
V.P., Director of Design Build
George started in the HVAC industry in 1977, and started with R.F. Meeh in April of 2020. With over 44 years of experience and knowledge, George has a vast understanding of all mechanical systems. At R.F. Meeh George is the director of the design-build division and works with owners and general contractors on bidding and budgeting for projects.

Chris Reinheimer
Estimator/Project Manager
Chris started in the HVAC industry in 2006, and started with R.F. Meeh in April of 2020. Chris began his career as an estimator, then moved to a draftsman, and finally a project manager. At R.F. Meeh Chris is responsible for a variety of tasks including estimating, project management, and CAD work.

Frank Anthony
Estimator/Project Manager
Beginning his career in 2001, until 2022 Frank served his career as a Sheet Metal Worker with Local 268. From 2012-2019 Frank worked as a Foreman heading many large projects for a mechanical contractor in Illinois. In 2019 he then moved into management for them where he oversaw labor, fabrication, and installation of all sheet metal scope projects. Frank joined the R.F. Meeh team in September 2022 where his role now includes project management and estimation.

Tom Kuthe
Estimator/Project Manager
I began working full time in the family HVAC business in 1970. After 15 years in the family business, I joined C&R Mechanical Contractors in 1985 and became Vice President of Operations. I moved to Pipe & Duct Systems in 2005 as an Estimator/Project Manager. In 2024, I joined R.F. Meeh in the same capacity. I am looking forward to my 55th year in the industry, beginning in June.

Wade Hawks
Estimator/Project Manager
I’m thrilled to be one of the newest members of the R.F. Meeh team, joining as an Estimator/Project Manager in August 2024. My journey in mechanical contracting began in early 2023 as a Pre-Construction Assistant at Pipe and Duct Systems. I quickly advanced to mechanical estimating and ultimately served as the Lead Estimator before transitioning here. I’m excited to contribute to this outstanding team, learn from our collective expertise, and help uphold our legacy of quality and service in the STL area.

Derek Martin
Estimator/Project Manager
Derek Martin is a Project Manager and Estimator with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the Sheetmetal trade. He got his start in 2004, served an apprenticeship, and spent years working in the field, gaining practical experience on a wide range of commercial projects. Derek joined the company in 2021 and moved into the office full-time in December 2025. His field background gives him a real-world understanding of the work, helping him build accurate estimates, manage projects efficiently, and work closely with both crews and customers to get the job done right.

Zach Confer
Project Manager
I joined the RF Meeh team in early July 2025 as a Project Manager and Estimator. I earned my degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology in 2020 and began my career as a CAD Specialist at Pipe and Duct Systems. Shortly thereafter, I transitioned into estimating, which naturally progressed into project management. Since then, I’ve continued to build my experience in this field, ultimately leading me to RF Meeh. I’m excited to contribute to the growth of this exceptional team and to further expand my knowledge of the HVAC industry.

Jesse Vaughan
VDC Specialist
Jesse is from Polo, Missouri and graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2020 with a degree in mechanical engineering. He joined R.F. Meeh in the fall of 2023.

Bob Wajda
Chief Engineer
Bob started in the HVAC industry in 1996 as the parts manager for a local manufacturer’s rep. His duties and responsibilities later evolved into inside sales, and later, outside sales. Bob obtained his Mechanical Engineering degree while working full time from the Washington University/UMSL Joint Undergraduate Engineering Program in 2001 and has obtained thirty-seven licenses in total. He is an Army veteran and proudly served during the first Gulf War. Bob joined RF Meeh as Chief Engineer and supports all our operations from plan/spec to design-build.

Jim Pickens
Service Manager
Jim began his career in the heating and cooling industry in the 70’s after receiving training for the Power Pack for the Mobile Auxiliary Surgical Hospitals. The Power Pack would inflate the hospital then provide heating and cooling and electrical service. Jim started working at R.F. Meeh in 2007 and is the light commercial and residential service manager. Whether it is a clean and check, a repair, or a new installation, Jim and the rest of the service department can handle your light commercial or residential HVAC needs.

Controller
Started with R.F. Meeh Co. in 2015. I have been the controller here for 10 years. Being part of a family-owned business in the same industry in my prior career made joining this family-owned company an easy fit.

Brenna Kuthe
Office Administrator
Joined the R.F. Meeh Team in April of 2022. Coming from a long family history in the heating and cooling industry. Spent most of my career in hospitality management as well as coaching, and I have enjoyed the transition to office administrator. Look forward to enjoying the opportunity here at R.F. Meeh. Cory Woodcock
Director of Business Development
Cory Woodcock, director of business development is the marketing and sales arm of R.F. Meeh. Networking with General Contractors and commercial real estate customers to provide a greater working relationship his role is there to ensure speedy communication and reliability. With a sales history in the construction industry and wide-ranging network his efforts greatly expanded R.F. Meeh’s reach in the construction industry.

Brand Development Specialist
Emily joined R.F. Meeh in 2026 as a Brand Development Specialist. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Management from Southeast Missouri State University. She’s focused on growing R.F. Meeh’s online presence, with a special emphasis on photographing the company’s projects, the people, and craftsmanship behind them.
